1. Are the glasses unisex? Yes! All Haro Eyewear models have been designed to suit different styles and face shapes. The idea is that anyone — regardless of gender — can wear them comfortably and elegantly.
2. How do I choose the ideal model for my face shape?
- Round face: more angular frames help to bring definition.
- Square face: softer, rounded lines balance strong features.
- Oval face: almost all styles suit well — try medium proportions for balance.
- Also consider lens width, nose bridge, and temple length to ensure a proper fit.
3. Do the lenses scratch easily? Our lenses come with an anti-scratch coating that helps to preserve clarity and visual integrity with daily use. However, it's worth noting that no material is completely immune to scratches. Always use the case and appropriate cleaning cloths to maximise durability.
4. Do the lenses have UV protection? Yes! All Haro Eyewear lenses offer complete protection against UVA and UVB radiation. We care not only about aesthetics but also about the health of your eyes over time.
5. How long does shipping take?
- Free Shipping: 5 to 7 working days
- Faster Shipping: 3 to 5 working days All costs and timescales are displayed before completing your order at checkout. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
6. What if I want to return or exchange?
- You have up to 30 calendar days after receipt to request a return or cancellation, without needing to provide justification.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging.
- Bespoke products (such as prescription lenses) are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. When will I receive my refund? After examining the returned item and approving the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days. (Exception: the original shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is due to an error or defect by Haro Eyewear.)
8. What if the product arrives damaged or defective? You must notify us within 30 days of receipt, sending clear photographs of the damage and your order number to support@haroeyewear.com. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
9. What is the returns address? The returns address will be provided by email when you request the return.
10. How quickly do you respond? Our customer service team endeavours to respond within 24 working hours (weekdays).
